These terms cover your use of the Stantelligence AI Consulting website, including its free tools and downloads. The site is run by Stantelligence AI Consulting. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This is not a service agreement

These terms cover the website only. Any consulting, build, IT or support work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement or accepted proposal, and nothing on this site, including a price guide, creates one.

Using the site

You may use the site and its free tools for your own personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• send false information, spam or automated submissions through its forms, or book times you do not intend to keep;

• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, the admin area or the client portal, or reach an account or report that is not yours;

• copy the site's content in bulk, or scrape it, including contact details, with automated tools;

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.

If you have a client portal account, keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

Free tools, reports and downloads

The calculators, scorecards, reports, checklists and articles are general information to help you think a problem through. They are estimates based on the answers you give and on published prices that change. They are not an audit, and not professional, legal, financial or security advice for your situation. Please check anything important before you rely on it.

Intellectual property

The site's content, including its text, design, graphics, tools and downloadable documents, belongs to Stantelligence AI Consulting or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view it, print it, and share links to it. You may use downloads and reports inside your own business. You may not republish, resell or pass off any of it as your own without our written permission. Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Stantelligence AI Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site, its tools or its content, or from your inability to use them. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to other sites

The site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information, and a link is not an endorsement.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them will be decided by the courts of British Columbia, Canada, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
