What happens next

  1. I read your message and reply within one business day, usually with a question or two so the call is not spent on basics.
  2. We book a free 20-minute intro call. No slides and no pitch deck: you walk me through the process that is eating your week, and I ask a lot of slightly annoying questions about it.
  3. You leave that call knowing whether automation is the right fix, where I would start, and roughly what it is worth to you. If it is not worth doing yet, I will say so.
  4. If it makes sense to go further, you get a written, fixed-fee proposal. No obligation, and no follow-up email every three days.
